We encourage you to use the services of our newly opened microbiological laboratory, including microbiological tests of cosmetics and raw materials.

CHALLENGE TEST

Performed to check the effectiveness of the preservatives or preservative systems used to preserve a particular product.

COMPATIBILITY WITH PACKAGING

Performed under environmental conditions on both the bulk and the packaging to check compatibility. Compatibility tests include:

  • stability and compatibility
  • storage tests
  • PAO (period after opening)

DERMATOLOGICAL TESTS

Performed to confirm or exclude irritant and allergenic properties of products.

APPLICATION TESTS

Conducted to confirm the claimed effect on the packaging and to reassure the consumer about the safety of the product. Used to rule out adverse reactions.

PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION

A full product dossier is legally required before a product can be placed on the market. It consists of:

  • safety assessment - a document summarising the entire PIF (Product Information File). It is necessary because it authorises the product to be placed on the Polish and foreign markets
  • declaration of no animal testing (voluntary, issued on the customer's request)
  • production or confectionery reports
  • analysis certificates
  • finished product specifications
  • full support in product notifications

ISO 22000 "Food Safety Management Systems. Requirements for each organisation belonging to the food chain."

ISO 22716 "Cosmetics. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Good Manufacturing Practices Guidelines."
